E/Search International was founded in 1995 by Bob Rossow. Since that time, Bob has placed executives with companies varying in size from start-ups through the Fortune 500. While most of these companies are domestic, some are located outside the US.

The business is run solely by Bob. He maintains the database and makes all of the contacts personally. Clients are represented professionally by a businessman who has over 20 years of experience in the business to business marketplace.

Prior to starting the company, Bob was executive vice president of Manufacturers Technologies, Inc. in Massachusetts, a software company which he and two partners founded in 1983.

Before that Bob worked for both Honeywell and Management Recruiters. Bob also served as an officer in the US Army and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Norwich University.
